“I started working at Foodmandu 6 months ago. Being a Hotel Management student, Customer care is not a new thing for me. But yet, there are lots of challenges we face every now and then as a Customer Service Representative. Working as a customer service representative at Foodmandu, is a first time experience for me. So it was not an easy task to handle. Handling phone calls, dealing with customers, coordinating with the team members and mobilizing delivery boys at the same time wasn’t that easy. Despite of hectic work load, the friendly work environment and great team members made it easier for me to fit in with the Foodmandu team.
At first, I had no clue that Foodmandu was a food delivery company. But today I am glad that I got the opportunity to be a part of it ,and learn and develop my skills and confidence .Furthermore, I have improved my communication skills. And having to have communicate with people from diverse languages and accents is also a bit of challenge that we face every day at Foodmandu.”
